The Wii U version of Sonic Lost World has been given a special preorder edition with some kickass DLC. Titled "The Deadly Six Bonus Edition" (or just "Deadly Six Edition" in Europe) will include a voucher for a DLC code that allows you to play special versions of the game's boss battles that feature characters and locations from the NiGHTS series. Finishing these levels will also unlock a normaly-Miiverse-exclusive Wisp. The official blog post mentions "while supplies last", so maybe the bonus editions will be ridiculously overstocked like Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed and you can still get the DLC later down the road. Even then, the DLC may be released to be purchased by other players akin to how Sonic Generations handled the Casino Night DLC, but I wouldn't risk waiting it out. Sonic Lost World launches on Wii U (and 3DS) on October 22nd in America and October 18th in Europe.
