iTunes may have deleted my save data for Sonic Jump, but this update is enough to get me to replay it. This update includes wallpapers you can buy with in-game rings, a new zone called Blue Sky Zone, and Amy Rose as a new character. The majority of the menus have been reworked to be more user-friendly, and the music has been changed slightly. Different tracks play during Green Hill Zone (I don't know how or why they change just yet), and music now plays on the results screen. In-game images now provide a short piece-by-piece tutorial for new players (which really should've been there to begin with). The Global Challenge allows you to compete with other players and get the chance to unlock a new character (presumably Shadow). Some animations have been altered slightly to look nicer.

The update is free, but Sonic Jump itself is on the Apple App Store and the Android Marketplace for $1.99.
