The first block of information regarding Bungie's new game, Destiny, was revealed today. It's sort of a massive amount of info, but I'll try to sum it up: it's Halo MMO edition. You play as various classes in a massive world that you're always connected to; you'll be able to connect to the Destiny community with your smartphones and computers when you're not on your console. As for the setting, it's quite clear that it draws inspiration from Halo and the character you play as is apparently destined to save humanity altogether.
