Well, looks like SEGA's showing some love to you PS Vita people. Super Monkey Ball Banana Splitz will be getting downloadable sets of pieces for the in-game level creator.
The packs are as follows:

SEGA Grey Pack – Includes the SEGA Saturn system and logo

SEGA Black Pack – Includes the SEGA MegaDrive / Genesis system and logo

SEGA White Pack – Includes the SEGA Dreamcast system and logo

Sonic Pack –  Includes a Sonic statue

Hard Pack - Contains level pieces that are harder to navigate on, such as the L, T, and + shapes.

Professional Pack - Contains pieces that are even harder to move on than the Hard Pack.

Variety Pack – Contains the more obscure pieces, such as pyramids and bumps.

Puyo Puyo Pack – Contains a tile that has hard-to-navigate-on Puyo Puyos.

Each pack will be $1.99, and all of them are out today. PS+ members get an 80% discount on every pack.

European gamers will get a different deal, though. It's a little confusing how it works, but essentially you'll be able to download every pack for free for a week. This coming week (starting tomorrow) you'll be able to download the SEGA Grey Pack and Black Pack for free, then the next week the Grey and Black packs will go off the market, but you'll be able to get the White and Sonic Packs for free. The trend follows the next two weeks with the promotions going from Hard & Proffessional for one week, then Variety & Puyo Puyo the next. After that, every pack will be sold in bundles for a set price.

You Europeans seem to get the short end of the stick when it comes to this stuff.
