SEGA has made an odd decision to restrict the re-release of Cyber Troopers Virtual-On and Virtua Striker to Japan, meaning American localizations are not currently planned. This wasn't expected, considering Virtua Fighter 2 was brought to America late last year. These games will launch on Japanese XBLA and PSN platforms on February 13th.
